1. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or contaminated, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work diligently to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
The seal must remain intact unless the issue pertains to product quality.
Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
Please do not return any food products without first contacting our customer service team for specific return instructions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used, unless there is a verified quality issue.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
